James,

I've heard it explained as a hockey game where a team is loosing 4 to 1 and are claiming "yeah but we got one goal". Or I heard it put another way, "we one, they four". So from all accounts, Glimmer is winning and no amount of STALLING is going to change this fact. All Exall is doing is prolonging the inevitable. Let's expedite the litigation gentlemen and get on with the critical decisions that have to be made.

NOTE: The longer EXL drags this out, the longer it will take to decide on options to expedite drilling (ore reserve expansion) which in turn justifies a shaft/hoist to minimize ramp haulage down to 1,000 feet. NOTE: Efficient scooptram haulage on the flat is 200 feet!

Can't wait for the GME rebuttal. I was encouraged that this litigation is getting closer to a resolution; but it could never be soon enough.
