jim kelly...RE: "They sound like an endorsement of an already failed policy." Rosen's comment that CPQ's "present strategy is sound". This is a "text book" answer that has the intent to stabilize the credibility gap and falling stock price. (nothing more) They have not concisely detailed a strategy. So, no one is really sure what he is endorsing. Let's see what happens in the next months...(hopefully, not what I posted as the worst case scenario on Wednesday) "it is clear that IBM, HWP, GTW and DELL are on well on their way..." I hope you are correct..."clear" is a stronger word than I would use, at this time...describing all the companies and the rest of the year. Loki
