Good eve Mr. Pink...awfully late for you out east.....what do you conclude about LOAX? I was just asking one of the internet astronauts over at the LOAX thread what differentiates them from other ISP's ....waiting for an answer...

IPOs like LOAX may actually signal the coming market debacle. The LOAX thread was actually started by David Paolo, the President of LOAX. At some point either David of his attorneys decided that it was probably not a good idea for him to be posting prior to the IPO. He requested that SI remove his posts and they complied. I do not think that he is a "criminal" but the LOAX offering defies reason. Read the thread.

LOAX-

This is almost too absurd to be true, but the underwriter of this ridiculous offering is none other than RAY DIRKS, the all-time king of fraudulent hypsterism. I believe he served some time in the hoosegow for some insider trading a few years back as well. He used to take out adds in the paper to bash Conseco, after he did a 180 from being the biggest bull of all time on that den of thieves.
