He has a huge range for the target: 11000 - 12000. He's expecting the other currencies to fall. The Dollar is nearing a juncture, and could go either way quick.

I did find that the S&P 500 index has 12% of stocks triggering sell signals versus 2% buy signals on the 5-day Wilder RSI yesterday. This looks promising for a short-term trend change, nothing major as of yet.

Actually, my previous posting was not a bullish post. With the percentages nearing extremes on the Nasdaq and S&P 100, a short-term pullback is due. Individual stocks aside, buying here would be chasing the market a day or two late.
