Talk about a non-tight community. If true, this next clip below sheds a whole new light on the events. In addition, it has been reported this morning that there is a surveillance camera system installed at Columbine that may help determine if there were more than 2 involved. Of course, the Sheriff's department has already come out and said that anyone involved in the building of the bombs or placement of the bombs would be considered a suspect for first degree murder. That ought to help bring people forward with voluntary confessions, you think? Look at this below.

Brooks Brown says police were warned that the boys were making pipe bombs and had threatened him. They told police about the threats and Eric Harris' Internet site, which promised a violent attack in a big city.

“They knew, they knew and they didn't do anything and because of that people are dead,” he said.
Sheriff's investigators told NBC News that under the circumstances they were too busy to check records to see if a complaint had been filed.
Neighbors said that the boys spent nearly the entire weekend before the killings in Harris' garage. Strange noises were heard from the garage, and police believe they may have been making bombs there.

I'm very thankful for the community we're in and am very sorry to hear that your's is not as close as it could be. Your situation is but one of the problems with our society today. Very few people want to help out their neighbors let alone their own families.

"If you ignore the problem, it'll go away" doesn't work and people are just begining to see the results.
