D. Bryan, apology accepted, but it was not needed. We mgr shareholders on this thread have 4 weeks until that mgr vote. Its very possible that person's like yourself can see clearer than Dave Webb on the current events here. Dave Webb may have too much information and be too close to MGR, as being president and needing to be very successful as such. Dave Webb may not let himself realize that his past accomplishments may not be continued as president. Its easy for Dave Webb to put forth outcomes of other companies that were in situations like our present one, but he only mentions those with good ending, and we all know most do not end good. If this is true, then I suggest to Dave Webb that he remain president, but do as a prior post today recommended from (I forget), and transfer the responsibility of business negotiation with a person that has the education and experience in these areas. What I am really suggesting is that Dave Webb remove himself as president and become a vice president or have a title as senior scientist/geologist. Dave Webb might say, as he has already, that he has these types of person supporting him and helping him and guilding him. That is not only an empty statement, but foolish in that it gives one a feeling that things are under control by using others as if they are part of your thinking process. All these others can do is provide a lot of information to you, and you have to be able to not accept any of it until you understand it, and then you have to use it. To me Dave Webb is using information from others as if they were giving Dave not information to help him understand, but as ready made answers. Dave has used this stuff as solutions and answers, pre-packaged as decisions made by others, and used by Dave Webb as if he made them. Giving advice is different that making a decision. One gives advice with the addition always attached of use only if you think its ok. I feel that Dave has used advice with only a trust of that person, which is ok to trust another, but Dave has to make the decision based on his understand, not trust on another advice. Do a bunch of these, and one will have no idea or control of the situation, and then if things go bad, blame everyone and thing, except self. The persons in Mongolia affected by this situation, the bank and MAC and those on the sidelines in government and business, have watched this mess being played out by all parties except for one being missing in the "real" stuff. To me Dave Webb has handled this like he would a lab experiment that has gone bad, by the book. My additional advice to Dave Webb is to realize that MGr has everything to loose, and the country as a whole, very little. Very easy for the country Mongolia to put its own spin on a never reached settlement by explaining that MGR is holding its "breath" until it gets what it thinks it deserves, by its standard. Doug
