During the day I have Metastock running in the background. For all my favorites stocks (around 150-200) I have at least 10 years of data and all support/resistance lines marked and patterns identified so when I bring up a chart during the day I just need to take one quick look because all the information is already there.

For day charts I use Canada Stockwatch. CSW provide day charts for up to 10 days worth of data. You can draw trend lines on these charts and they have all the major indicators (RSI, Momentum, etc.). These charts update in realtime. CSW cost around $100/month for realtime and mark depth for TSE, VSE.

Best Regards
