Hey guys, I didn't even know about this fiasco until Barb e-mailed me to take a look. I bailed shortly after her, after the reverse split was announced and the stock started plunging. I seem to recall that I wasn't impressed by the press announcement that Osicom had a big contract to make widgets for an unnamed Asian company... None of this would have happened if Par had resigned and the shareholders had voted me into office. I may not have experience running a large company, but at least I'm not a liar or a thief.
