Glenn, as a wise man told me today. Don't fight the tape! Even with the "extra" availability of insider stock there was still a whole lotta people chasing a limited amount of stock. good luck tomorrow either covering your shorts at a profit or being called on margin. etc.

I have been reading your negative posts and what you are posting hear tells me that your claim of reading of the filings is, put it bluntly, BS. The shares you claim are registered for sale are actually locked up for one year. Perhaps you should read the filings a third time. I am not saying you are absolutly wrong in your assessment of LOAX and it may prove to be a bust at some point, however, the internet is causing complete reassessment of valuations of securities involved in e-business. After the quiet period is over I suspect that Mr. Paolo might start to post again to clairify and expand on his company
