I think the recent run up is more based on upside surprise hopes than on the ever lasting takeover rumor. CS and COMS are heavily rumored takeover targets for months (if not years) as well. Where are they now?

Since there is no real surprise why should FORE climb any more short term? I know, the TA speaks another language but I'm cautious and just reduced my position in Berlin for a 40% gain.
