it's 3/2. <<09:18 ET Covad Communications Group (COVD) 97 1/4: Provider of digital subscriber line (DSL) technology plans to sell 5 million shares in a secondary offering. Shares being sold primarily by holders of the company's warrants. Shareholders certainly wasting no time taking money off the table -- Covad went public just three months ago, in an IPO priced at $18. Stock has risen 440% and is indicated another 7 points higher this morning. Early strength based on news company also plans to split its stock 3-for-2.>> tm
