Mike:

Agree with Bruce - Outstanding summarization commentary.

Comments: What's not to like: 1. No demonstrated marketing expertise at the level of enterprise they are striving to reach. 2. Investor relations is pitiful. They seem to sincerely believe that they can "take care of business and everything will take care of
itself." 3. They are biting off an awful lot and therefore the risk of failure is greater than if they would be satisfied to create a multi-billion dollar enterprise.

1. MRVC has Terry Howard, Carrier Marketing, who left AT&T with Joe Nacchio to found Qwest.

2. Maybe Copithorn & Bellows PR will open doors and gain MRVC's management respect better than Stapleton. E.g., the addition of MRVC to BestCalls.com or Noam & Near as presenters at SUPERCOM '99 - First for both at a significant industry show.

3. Even a chimpanzee needs to meet the formidable task of Execution, Execution, Execution.

Ron
