digital TV empire Roadrunner is supposed to deliver for Time and MediaOne.

But it's all messed up for at least a few weeks because of AT&T's bid for MediaOne. It will be sorted out eventually, but I would be surprised if Maffei didn't ask them to wait until the future of RoadRunner is clarified.

Shea Jones and Teflon, I think you are both right on Microsoft. It may actually move up on the depositions. I am not really getting out of Microsoft. My problem has been that I go up to 90% in Microsoft stock and options. I am just becoming a little carefull in not holding too much of one stock. I still hold 2001 leaps as well as a lot of shares.
If I get the chance, I am going to buy Dell today. If I don't, then there will be no reason to sell the shares.

Both of you have changed my opinion on what the depositions and resumption of the trial means---the stock may actually go up before the resumption. My original feeling was that it would go up only after the re-start---maybe a couple of days into the trial.
