Scrapps, I actually think that the acquisition of Hayes is positive, buying an international marketing and distribution organization for a mere $5 MM is cheap. To the extent that the Hayes brand has still some value that is free. Now let see if they have the wherewithal to fill these distribution channels with competitive products. I am not buying yet, but ZOOM is going back on my watch list. What do you make of their home LAN systems, has any one seen these? Zeev
