gomez.com doing a private placement the SEC is too backed up to handle yet another Internet IPO, so gomez is getting the money they need for expansion from private investors and these Yahooligans are full of it. this seems to be the style lately. Private placements are done to take the financial pressure off the institution, with the promise to venture capital investors of an eventual IPO. i just bought 10,000 private placement shares of kozmo.com for their expansion plans, and was promised shares when they IPO sometime next year; that's the newest game now. So if you know any rich people, ask them to get on their PP call lists when you have $100,000 to play with. a seperate thread for DD is a good idea when the main thread is clogged with garbage posts. you only insult us by even suggesting the need for one.
