I was sitting in a bar around 5PM yesterday when the BKS chart was flashed on CNBC during one of their market wrap shows. However, the sound was down. Did anybody catch what was said on the air?

The BNBN filing included the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 1998. Unless the company already plans to incorporate the March 31, 1999 numbers in a future amendment to the S-1, BNBN will have to push to get the offering completed by May 15, 1999; otherwise, the numbers become "stale" and they will need to incorporate the first quarter results in the document. FWIW, I do not think that this issue will delay the offering.
