Look at this butchering of noy simply to understand English:<<..If the seller does not sell all the stock covered by the form within 90 days after the filing, the filing process must be repeated before the commencement of further sales, except in cases where the passage of time has extended the seller's holding period.
..>> In my case ...I was OUT ( as anyone would be out of the HOLDING period as that is why we had to file to sell the restrictive shares) of the 90 days by a few days anyway so when I DID not sell-the caption above says EXCEPT...except what...say what? I was allready OUT OF THE HOLD PERIOD...makes no sense. There has been a movement for easy to raed contracts from Insurance companys to the IRS....methinks this c;lause is a candiate. Thanks...any way...EXCEPT the Filing process NEED NOT be REPEATED and now the double negative that almost became a positive...EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE THE PASSAGE OF time blahhh blahhhhhhh....so, I didn't need to refile as I was out of the hold as anyone would be IF THEY FILED in the correct first place. Is the SEC saying that FOLKS CAN SELL BEFORE THEHOLD PERIOD EXPIRES! That is double talk if i ever heard of any.
Chuca-as you said- Good LUCK...and to us all. SEC RULES herein clause-Nonsense!
