Attention! One thing I would like everyone to look at is:
1. PCTV (traded @ .15 in october & now @ 8.68) which is like MDTV and I like MDTV's structure and business much better. PCTV has formed an alliance with Sprint and now sprint is buying PCTV, look what this did for the stock price! MDTV is positioned well to be in this same situation and with this industry being the way of the future the sky is the limit. Sprint is after the high-speed internet access and world-wide wireless through satelite and so forth.

2. IATV went from 2.12 to over 20.00!

3. MDTV is an excellent opportunity to get in at the early stages & with the sector as hot as it is and MDTV's opperation & position they are in we could stand to make alot of money. IMO
Good luck!

Hi Gator, no MDTV does not compete with DirecTv or USSB. The company has very little competition. The real competition is the established cable companies. MDTV is StarChoice's (one of only two satellite companies in Canada) only national system operator.
The company installs one dish per complex and builds a new state of the art communications infrastructure within each complex that allows the delivery of many services starting with digital tv and includes high speed internet, security monitoring telephony and more.
The company becomes the telecommunications gatekeeper for each complex.

Cheers,

Paul
