This is a letter of intent. I don't think it guarantees that Apollo will invest 75 MM. I am somewhat skeptical of this. RRRR is a company which has no cash at the moment and has been forced to do convertible financing. It does not even meet the net tangible assets requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq.

Rajiv, interesting observation. I've seen all kinds of deals fall apart because of non-binding/binding letters of intent. Putting a deal like this to bed is like putting a two year old to bed at night - neither needs a good excuse to fall out of it.

Too bad none of us have a copy of the LOI. In the interview yesterday on CNBC, you would have thought that it was a done deal...
