Next Friday in Vancouver. You should have gotten a proxy from the company some time ago. If not, call your broker. The broker is responsible for forwarding proxies. If you hold the certificates then try calling the company. The 'dissident' proxies are still going out so you may yet receive one. I received one via UPS as late as last night. The proxy that will be valid will be the last one you send it. So if you sent in a proxy from the company and later received, and returned, a 'dissident' proxy it will be the last one you send in which will be valid. You should receive both and only need to return one.
