This company is already on people's radar screen to be takeout. Given the current value of potential suitors stock, its only a matter of time before there's a knock on the door - friendly or hostile. This company will be sold - only a matter of time and price. If I was a founder, I be pretty upset with the mess.

And if WRS does come out with disappointing earnings, will the stock go UP on the news? Opposite of how it almost always has declined throughout the day after good numbers were announced!

It does appear that all the bad news is already priced into (out of?) the stock.
