OMKT NEWS: Open Market Announces Solid First Quarter 1999 Results. Market share Leadership Expands, With Over 20,000 Licenses Sold. For more see: biz.yahoo.com AND THIS; OpenMarket gained 1 1/8, or 8.7 percent, to 14. The company reported first quarter sales of $15.6 million, marginally higher than the year-ago period, but exceeding expectations. The company slashed losses in half, reporting a negative $3.2 million, or 9 cents a share vs. an 18-cent loss a year ago. The Street was looking for a per share of loss of 14 cents. PR
