V: We had down range radar problems, high winds aloft, ground support hardware problem, now perhaps a ground computer problem (or maybe someone forgot to wireup the launch button). A pretty fair mix of causes.

The monitoring alarms can be a pain. I don't know how much of the ground support stuff is new and specific to the Delta 3 but I suspect not much. So all that stuff has to be recalibrated for this version.

I get Korean audio from the Loral website during launches. Whats really annoying is there the american voice there too but its turned down too low to hear.

I also heard Korean? on my Realplayer.

Also, though, I heard on the replay @ Boeing.Com that at approximately T-15 the commentator said "We have a green board."

So at least in this instance we didn't have any red alarms, etc., going off late in the launch sequence.

FWIW,
