Probably because I'm doing a project for a CCI prospect. And they like the idea, and it may be a green light. No guarantee, but looks good.

And please no questions, and no I cannot tell who or how big, but wow! That's how I got here to begin with.

Instinct tells me that the PP will probably cause dilution but if the company continues to execute as it has, I think we'll see revenue at the bottom line this quarter and much more as time progress's.

While I don't want to diminish its importance (the PP), God knows how hard I hammered on the subject last week, I believe that it will be a fact of life but not so that we won't reach our destination. Profitability.

As I have once said I have a large client that is in the proposal mode and it looks like it will happen. The dollars are too large to comprehend. They have shut me down so I have to live with snipets from lower level people.

Mostly lurking, but I don't believe that SI will do anything about DD's neagative postings. Quite frankly his posts are actual excerpts from the 10K and worthwhile to read.

However, I do agree that the repetitiveness with which he posts the same info tells us where he's coming from.
The only defense against this kind of poster would appear to me to be continued pressure upon him to call the company, get the answers and then post here. If he doesn't do it then maybe someone should.

Further, I would say that after 4 or 5 repetitive posts in the same few hours a complaint could then be lodged with SI for their consideration. It would be an harassment issue.

Swordsman, I have said that I will not respond to the likes of you,
but here goes anyway.
Are you aware that the doors are open at TSIG.COM and that you
may walk through
them at any time to review any documents you wish to peruse? And
I know you are
aware that you have not contacted the company in any way shape
or form to have
questions answered or to request any documents to allay your
inuendoes. If you truly want
answers to your questions, visit the company, and by all means
take an attorney with you.
You can afford to pay for one I am sure. I will not be a part of your
SOLICITED group,
which by the way is against SEC regulations. You do not have to
be an attorney.

Right now the company is trying to achieve a share price in order
to obtain the necessary
financial vehicle at the best rates possible to put the PP and R.
Gordons loan agreements
to rest. The higher the stock price the more favorable the rates.
You are probably not
aware of this as your tirades, are in essence, costing the company
money. It seems more
important to you to have your ego massaged than to really do any
true research and find
out what is going on.

I do have one question, and I think I already know th answer, but it
would be nice to here
it from you. Are you now, or have you ever been associated with
Darrel Piercy or
Compact Connection? Can you answer that question truthfully?

I honestly beleive that now is the time to bring it to the attention of anyone who is honestly going to give Sword money for his personal agenda.

1. If Robert Gordon had/has done anything illegal, why would he document what he has done and file it in a 10KSB?
2. You have been asked to provide money to Swords cause. Are you aware that the 10KSB was written by SEC attorneys?
3. Have you noticed that Sword evades questions posed to him about CCI and Darrel Piercy?
4. Are you aware that he is an admitted lier and that he tried to structure a deal between an outside company and CCI?

You can either do your own research, and decide, or you can give money to Sward to have an attorney tell you the filing was done correctly and that nothing was done illegally. READ POINTS 1 & 2 ABOVE.

It is your money, however selling this stock and moving on is cheaper than funding Swords whim.

One more question for you Sword. Have you ever been an employee of Teleservices International Group or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates? A simple yes or no will suffice. And remember this is of public record.

Sword, I think in order to retain credibility on this thread you need to give Marty a call. If you do not want him to know your number, call from a pay phone.
