In a headline on April 22, CBS.MarketWatch.com quoted an Intel executive as saying the chipmaker was in a content-sharing pact with Data Broadcasting.

Data Broadcasting (DBCC: news, msgs) said it has an "agreement in principle" to use Intel's (INTC: news, msgs) Web-hosting services to the extent they are cost-effective. Data Broadcasting holds a large interest in MarketWatch.com, the publisher of this Web site.
