a week later? Many announcements come just a few days after earnings once market reaction is determined.

amazing that this company holds much more potential than most nets and is trading at a relative cheap forward looking valuation. but the market does what the market does.

VERT could use an artificial boost (read: split)

Perhaps they wanted to test the waters first, thinking that earnings and revenue growth might be enough. Clearly not, so I would expect a split announcement by sometime next week if the weakness continues.
