I'd rather have a president with questionable personal values and a brain than one with an IQ hovering below 100!
(Dan Quayle makes Ronald Reagan look like an intellectual!)

Besides, what does this have to do with Clinton. I said nothing positive about Clinton. I just said that Dan Quayle is a moron, and anyone taking him seriously as a Presidential candidate is questionable also.
