ynot...darn, it would probably be easier to put a target price on where itwo is going! <g> Anyway, it would be just pure speculation to buy imic on just a possible takeout, so i just want to remind everyone i didn't buy based on this and i doubt anyone else should, either. that being said, i'd look at a price of at least $6... i think anything less would be turned down. and, you're right-- there may be more than one interested, given imic's cash, customer list, and unique software. greg
