Here's the Kowboy challenge: I'll give you the name and phone number of the VSE securities officer who is the authority on Sklar's long history of securities violations (read: convictions). In return, once you verify this information, you agree to post the following... "I, Kowboy, have confirmed beyond all doubt that Gerald E. Sklar has a ten year continuous history of securities violations. I confirmed the BCSC banned him for three years from running a public company and I confirmed he is currently considered an "undesirable individual" and is banned from associating with any company traded on the VSE.
