Louis, we are not talking about a secondary with Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs... we are talking about a gentleman who is being described as a Milken want-a-be... who's made his fortune selling junk bonds .

This is not an EBAY or AMZN... and Mary Meeker is not covering this stock - major difference. They didn't IPO this stock - they gained a back door claim to being a net stock. This stock has major hype alert all over it .

BTW - which character do you play in the Bahama Mama story ??..LOL

I would imagine these millions of shares hitting the market will have the same effect they did on another wonder internut company, IMON.

For those of you not familiar with convertibles and their wonderful effect on a stock I suggest you read this nice explanation.

RRRR is a 4th tier internut - not a blue chipper...

<<<So, will these "millions of shares" to "hit the market" have the same deleterious effect as eBay, AMZN, et al's secondary offerings? ;)>>>

I've made a fortune this year doing nothing but shorting overhyped pigs like RRRR. RRRR will do the same as the other 4th tier internuts. Run then fall like a brick.

In fact, I'm betting on it. Care to take me up on that wager Louie?
