I WONDER IF PAVAN HAD A LOOK AT 1QTR. RESULTS ? HE IS QUOTED AS SAYING BII NOT GROWING AS FAST AS ITS COMPEDITORS , WHY WOULD HE STATE THAT NOW JUST AFTER THE END OF 1st qtr. AND HE STATED BII STYLE OF AUCTION HAS A VALUE OF LESS THAN 3 X FORWARD SALES .

mccowaner, thank you for this clarification. Based on this information I assume you are either a lawyer or have legal experience. PS: -I work for myself as previously stated. -I, like you (I assume) have no access to any information other than that which I glean from the same places you have access to. -My ability to make certain 'calls' is simply an ability to synthesis the information and forecast what will likely happen. -Maybe GODIN is calling the TSE right now to have BII removed from the exchange although I believe this is 'highly' unlikely -it sounds like you are not an advocate of Free Speech but, at least here in Canada, this right is still very much in vogue. >>By the way, there is such a thing as the spirit of the law... the intent of the the law... a body of evidence that fulfills the intent of the law which may appear to be circumstantial, but upon examination a broad collection of indicators is just as weighty as a few slim facts.
