Do just that, Dale, tell us how to make the system work, and we'll do it. Didn't the US publicly agree yesterday to take 20,000 Kosovo refugees into the US, instead of the camp at Guantanamo? Go ahead, quote me chapter and verse of US immigration law, explain it. Explain why last week they would have had to live in a virtual concentration camp there, this week they can come to the US and stay with relatives. What law was changed? Cannot the 400 orphan kids Save The Children identified be among them, if we can find them foster care? I'm sure you're a good guy, well intended, and you've done worthy work. Why not help out instead of sniping?
