Cool. That would explain the zillions of dollars transferred to a subsidiary. Where can I find the financials and corporate info for that subsidiary?

exploration expenses were trival prior to Fall of 1998.

Are you sure about that? I'm looking at a 1997 news release from MDIN talking about the Andacollo property.
