Particularly on this point...

One April 13, 1999 RRRR admits in a SEC filing the NASDAQ has rec'd delisting due to failure to meet minimum net tangible assets. Shortly thereafter we have the company announcing they have a $75mm financing deal - but they disclose no details of the financing.

Is there any reasonable person that believes this company was able to negotiate a "strong" financing deal under their desperate circumstances?

No way. This is a typical pump and dump situation IMO. Look at the websites they own... Look at their history of desperate convertible & warrant financing... Very lo quality stuff..

This stock breaks 10.
