Steven N.... I wouldn't argue with you. I am only trying to get a handle on all the possible reasons for a .16 Q on a shortfall of only about 5% in revs. According to what I am reading here, there are many possible reasons. I'm not cetain that it's time to declare CPQ a Cendant or Oxford Health(whichever it was that went down on acct. irregularities). I'm just trying to consider all possibilities. Perhaps you could list any possible reasons that you have considered. El
