I am apalled at your post. You twist what I said in a friendly chat re: CYOE for some purpose I can't imagine. Suffice it to say I would never ask anyone to do anything I knew was illegal or against a known rule. I, on the other hand am not familiar with all the rules of the AICPA. (or even what it is). If you said something was improper, sobeit. That would be that. However I respect you, and will leave it at that unless you wish to push it, and then I believe a P.M. is appropriate. If you care to continue this in public, I will be forced to state what I think of your post, and its false allegations in detail..
