Your post also suggests that TWX is not going to be very happy with this end-around. I'm sure they are talking big time about forming a mighty consortium of effected parties to thwart T dominance. T was stuck. They had to move before the Comcast June 4 deadline or risk major destabilization. Actually Comcast's separation would have been benign to T's interest, but world vision can often cause local myopia. The haggis is in the fire for sure.
