Yes the next batch of warrants convert at $2 but they don't expire until the end of May so I doubt it that is the cause of the selling now.
Incidently, there are 750,000 warrants that will be convertible at $2 at the end of May so that's another $1.5M for the company as long as we hold above $2

It was just pointed out to me that what I thought were sells could actually be some brokerage firm filling a big order for a favorite client. They will sometimes fill a big client at the bid or close to it. That may explain why the bid hasn't dropped. No way to know for sure what's happening but the volume looks great this morning.
