OT - There is proof of Jefferson's contribution to the Constitution. There is no "proof" that he fathered a slave child. The famous genetic tests done on the ancestors narrowed the field down to Jefferson and his nephews. Circumstantial evidence points more to a nephew.

The only reason so much was made of this was that Clintonits were using it to try to drag all former Presidents down to his gutter level in a pathetic attempt to justify his tawdry behavior.

I think you mean the Declaration of Independence. While the Constitution was cooking, Tom was in Paris with Sally. I congratulate both the Convention and Tom on their activities.
