Meredith,

I think you missed his point. Should we hold the propane tank manufacturers responsible, how 'bout the gas grill manufacturers of America? After Oklahoma City, shouldn't we have held the fertilizer industry to account? Sooner or later, people are going to have to wake up to the realization that the perpetrators are responsible for acts of violence, and those people should pay the price.

Meredith,

The high school I attended was built in the 1970's
and was designed to survive riots and bombs. I kid
you not. The funny thing is how these kids in CO
are talking about how they don't feel safe in school.
Welcome to the real world. Most kids in L.A. City
High Schools are not safe. I never felt safe. We
had race riots like most schools have pep rallys.
There were shootings, stabbings, and all kinds of
violence. I guess that people just didn't take
notice until it happend at some middle class school
in the 'burbs.
