12:10 ET priceline.com (PCLN) 87 3/8 +11 (+15%): --Update-- Goldman Sachs has denied starting coverage of PCLN this morning. But several of our sources report viewing research note that was apparently issued by firm. The note, however, was quickly retracted. Some speculating that firm honoring the 30-day quiet period that underwriters typically wait before starting coverage of a recent IPO, although Goldman does not appear to have been part of the syndicate.
