I agree John. It is in a tight range but moving up ever so slightly. I wonder if it has anything to do with Lunch time in TO?

Hi John,

What I noticed is that the run up was caused by some institutional buying. Since 12pm the buys and sells are retail. I am waiting for now to see what will happen around 2pm.

I think this will run this afternoon. IMHO
