Why don't you ask the Auditors, since you hold them in such high regard?... Tangible net worth of 4.114 Millions is good enough for me. The difference of $650,000, I am speculating, since I am not an accountant, could be related to assets currently non performing, possibly associated with the previous venture you and your friends have been discussing at length. However, it may well be that these assets are about to become performing in a big way again if the Swiss Company that now controls the beverage distribution system has got it right. This could potentially add a very substantial contribution to ZSUN's bottom line within 6 to 12 months. F. Goelo + + +
