All of this talk about law suits doesn't scare me one bit into selling, look at FCFK another mortgage company, they got their butts sued big time and look at were their stock is trading. I will dig up the suit in question.

JPG, I work odd hours, so evenings is usually when i'm online. I'll keep you posted about what i find. I know an ex-employee carr fired a while back who was an officer and is still bitter, I had leads of what to look for. There is more to the story about donfrio and carr with MBHC than meets the eye from what i heard, but without anything concrete, who am i to say. Just about out of this anyway.(thank Goodness)i'm sure ray is around, especially if a suit is being filed, i'd like to talk to him! I noticed a lot of old names from the thread are gone, out of their position or just lost interest?
