Bill:

If you liked MACE as a undervalued buy you will love SGD

SGD , listed on the NYSE, has been overlooked while it was "distracted" for a year by a "family" lawsuit .

Great "branded" products with a solid balance sheet .

Not that you should sell your MACE to buy it , but research SGD fast !

Regards,
Jim K.

When these transactions are consummated MSI expects to become the country's first publicly owned consolidator of car washes, operating over 45 car washes having an annual sales run rate in excess of $40 million.

Separately, the Company has executed a stock purchase agreement with Mr. Louis D. Paolino, who, at closing, will make a significant stock investment in MSI and will assume the positions of Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. "
