To all Americans who read Mr. Collin's last post, Mr. Pavan is not a well respected analyst. Yorkton is not well regarded. Anyone who says otherwise is spreading disinformation. Wait for real analyst coverage. If someone with a solid reputation provides negative coverage, then be concerned. Pavan, Yorkton, NOT.

Your goal I see is to have si function on a straight line as you seem to be "policing" over a great many stocks - particularly Canadian -and as you favor the great Canadian mining industry as a better area to place your bets. However, you fail to see that your own policing needs policing itself as you conjur up half-truths and outright lies about companies you have very little knowledge of. That last lie you told was outrageous and am waiting anxiously for you to be prosecuted in some form or another.

Mr. Collins I find your post objectionable and extremely insulting, you know nothing about me or damm few of the people on this thread. Please apologize at once. We have excellent Police service in Canada, if someone threatened Mr. Paven assuming he reported to the police, they will catch the culprit. We are all entitled to our opinion as to the value of BII, that certainly does not deserve the slander coming from you simply because you have a different opinion. I think you missed the point... It was the timing of the downgrade that has caused such a furor especially given the history of Yorkton with BII. The facts Pavan pointed out in his interview were the facts that existed in February and March. Why did he wait until the stock listed on the Nasdaq ? In addition, the stock decline caused Greenline (for one) to call their margin accounts. Is it legal to do that without prior notice? Sort of like changing the rules in midstream. If the brokerage determined that they wanted to change the rules, that is their prerogative, and therefore apply the change to future transactions. However, it seems to me that the existing accounts should not have been effected unless given appropriate notice in order to allow the shareholders to make alternate arrangements. Think about it !!
