DaiS, I have some more detailed info on the PE product: It is an already established safe and effective product. The reason we never heard about any phase I info is because the drug is already known and available (oral use??) Vivus will be able to set up a PhaseI/Phase II trial all in one. The same deal will probably happen with the female SD cream. It will be delivered locally with the patented transurethral delivery method. I am now told that there is no guarantee that the patent will be issued by any specific day next week. The application has been filed and Vivus can't say when the patent office will issue the patent. We should hear something soon though.
