But their feeble attempts to emulate have been fraught with completely ineffectual strategies and tactics so far. Eventually, IBM will either get it right or quit trying. I don't know which. But I doubt that either will happen any time soon." It is so difficult for a corporate culture to change. It is far easier to start from scratch as Dell has shown. Thanks for your thoughts.
