Linda, TKLC fits right in with the same reasons you more than likely got invovled with VLSI and PAIR. Good technology, beaten down price, very little debt, risk significantly reduced. Etc. And it seems to be a good trading stock. Before they made a cash purchase merger this week, the long term debt was exactly ZERO. Their products address the convergence of voice and data. "routes the calls, retrieves data and connects the networks of telecommunications carriers". Also network diagnostic services. Customers include: Level 3, US West, Bell Atlantic, Nextel, Centurytel, Ericsson, Sprint.
