Another question. Why is it when a stock is at bottom, traders don't want to touch it, but when it gets to the top, the traders just have to have it?? Every time I see a stock make a milestone high, it goes nuts.
Ex: BEAM, when it hit 15 it went crazy. I imagine it will do it when it is at 16 too. And 17 and 18
Another Ex: TPEG is sitiing at 3 right now and traders are just eating it up. Where were they 15 minutes ago when the stock was at 7/8??
